Intro

Not the first script I wrote but one that is dear to me.

I wrote the novel — not published, then wrote a song, then a screenplay — it took a few years to adapt the novel and in so doing changes were made

I then reworte the novel to fit the screenplay, and now it is the name of my music publishing Company

The Story:

Billy Harris, a precocious 10 year old with an active imagination, gets to stay home without a sitter for the first time while his parents go out on a date. What ensues will change the way you think about everything.

Concept / Background

This is based on REAL events that happened while I was growing up and still haunt me today, of course I instigate them.

this started out as a journal I kept; I would write down in vivid details about my thoughts, dreams, and nightmares I would have. I then turned it into a short story, and once the song was written, I embellished it, but at the core, it is still the disturbing events that I live through.

Many people have told me they cannot read it at night, as it stirs their imagination. This is why I know that World Next Door would be a classic mind scare for the rest of history.
