Ok, I make a chili with their fines, which gives it a meaty texture and fill. Why not eat dead animal? Do not get me started. Here is the recipe for it.

In crock pot for 4 hours on high:
1 can of Muir Glen FireRoasted Tomatoes 16oz (fill half way with water to rinse can, add to pot)
1 can 16 oz Westbrea Natural Organic Kidney Beans (rinsed)
1 can 16 oz Westbrea Natural Organic Black Beans (rinsed)
Fresh Veddies like Cut carrots, green beans, Celery, Onion
1 Package Tofu
2 cups of Lumen Foods Fines, anyflavor, we like the spicy one
Any spices that you like to heat it up -- we add Jaleños and crushed red pepper.

It is great with bread, in a bread bowl, served with sour cream, fresh onions, or wrapped in a tortilla, crushed tortilla chips with it. There are so many ways to enjoy it.

Oh my gosh, I love their Soy Nog — I am not shy to say. Smoother, healthier, and tastier than the milk version — just awesome!

Silk Live is also smooth, fruity, and healthy—a soy based (and I hate the word alternative, because it is my way — alternative to what?) drink. Hard to describe the experience, just get some and try it yourself, but be warned, they are habit forming.
