Aria never really considered himself an actor but when his dad asked him which role he wanted, of course he took the lead role. Having many interests and still searching for the one that makes him completely happy, he is trying the acting thing. He loves all kinds of sports, reading, games, and music—learning the guitar. He went out and bought himself a beginners paintball set up for the movie. "It was fun lighting everyone up in the movie."
Robert is an avid paintball player—he plays often with his dad and aunt on a field with 50 - 300 players. He has good leadership and admits he's not the best paintball player in the world but he plays a good game. His gear includes: a spider imagine with a electric trigger and several custom decorated masks. He plays down at action paintball field in Rancho Cordova when he has the chance. He prefers woods ball over speed ball, but he will play any game—"at least i can get to play."
Interested in acting at the age of 10, he is active in school plays, skits, and church performances. Although not a paintball player, he found the role challenging and fun—his first time in a real movie. He is looking forward to more time in front of a camera, as well as, voice over work. His goal is to be in the entertainment business. He spends his off time with his dogs Dixie and Maggie, cockatiel cupcake, and two goats, Marvin and Spike.
As an amateur photographer, Connor has experimented with composition and texture with black & white film. "I like B&W film because it brings out the creativity and ones imagination—it makes one work harder to become a better photographer than color does, because black & white does not have the pizzazz or spectrum to entertain people, so you have to work at your composition."
Signing up for Communication Arts in high school, he volunteered to tape the sporting events, which was his first time using video. Now his sights are set on becoming a cinematographer or a director—really, anything creative and with media—he also plays bass guitar.
As a carpenter and maintenance guru at Camp Augusta, Justin is a hard working, fun loving, knowledgeable, helpful kind of guy--the kind you do not find often, but the kind you wish you had around--the kind we were glad to have in the movie.
Reid loves attention, sometimes too much, but when asked, apprehensively by Gerry, to be in PAINT, he did not hesitate. "It is a way to show off for my friends" says Reid. Although not an actor and not planning to be one, his first time in front of one went well, not great, but it was not a total failure.
"Reid was a little bit of a pain on set, but after looking at the footage, I was impressed with some of his performances. It wasn't great, but I could tell he poured his heart into doing his best, and I appreciate that. If you know Reid and you see the footage, you're like, WOW! I can use this." Says Gerry.
Reid spends his time with his PSP, his friends, and family doing baseball, Cub Scouts, and RC planes.
Wanting to be a writer and actor, Kyriè was wonderful with casting calls and readings that got her a part in the movie that was originally not in there.
