What should I include in my BIO?

All important contact info like name and how you want us to get in touch with you, a little background about you: your goals, experiences, and age (under 18 need parental permission — we have the form), and a head shot.

What is a "head Shot?"

A picture of you, that represents the look you want us to see, from the chest − neck up. Of course any simple photograph of you, as long as it is clear who we are looking at, will do.

Do I really need to send a picture?

NO. But if we do not know what you look like, you may not get a specific part.

What if I am under 18 years of age?

All actors, male and female, will need to be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) to the audition session — we will not audition anyone under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian present.

Once cast, there will be forms to fill out by the parent or guardian that will give permission to be in the movie, either with the parent or guardian present or not on location, and also giving permission to be carpooled to location, if needed.

Is there a fee to audition or be in the movie?

No, not unless you want to get producer credit as well.

What DO I get for being a part of one of your movies?

Any and all actors and crew that are apart of our current project Chardonnay will be paid. All other projects are done on a volunteer basis — no money — including the crew all the way up to the director.

All projects will include:

• Good food and drink on set.
• Credit in the movie no matter what part or position one does — if you helped in anyway, you will be recognized for it.
• A copy of the movie on DVD
• Other special items like a poster, t-shirt, and so forth if possible

When the project is complete, there will be a wrap party the last day of shooting or close to it.  And when the movie has completed post — the part where all the pieces are put together: editing, music, sound effects, titles, and visual effects — there will be a premiere for family and friends to invite

We are always looking for help on our movies, some key positions and other not so key, but everyone is essential to the making of any movie. Send your request to the same place, but indicate crew position wanted or just "crew."
